What’d you do after serving two important modernists: 13 years with Helmut Lang as creative director, then a stint at Lagerfeld? You start your own label! That’s what Melanie Ward did. She set up a new line namely Blouson Noir with newbie Graham Tabor.

Tabor, a freelance styliste, knitwear and design consultant who bases in New York. His work at Festival International de Mode et Photographie d’Hyères 2008 drew attentions and talk-abouts from the inner crowd in Europe.
